My name is Chris.

I supervise the “Fit aging group.”
With great knowledge and experience, we work together to make the body strong and the mind sharp. Cardio training for a healthy heart, strength for strong muscles, coordination for balance and a game for fun. We laugh together and support each other. As a trainer, you can come to me with all your questions about healthy aging.
