My name is Pascal.

II am the owner of YOU. The Gym, a small-scale Personal Training Studio in the center of Arnhem. As of February 1, 2024, I have taken over YOU. The Gym, a beautiful gym location located at Beekstraat 70 since September 2017.

I come from an entrepreneurial family in Arnhem and after 25 years of working as an employee, I decided to start my own business.

My goal is to get as many Arnhemmers as possible to participate in sports and to offer opportunities to vulnerable groups who, under the guidance of a skilled and experienced trainer, can take steps to overcome the challenges they face in life.

At YOU. The Gym is all about personal attention, whether you are a beginner or have been exercising for some time. We offer both Personal Training and Small Group Training in a quiet, professional environment, where we help our clients achieve their athletic and health goals. In addition to physical training, we also provide nutritional advice so you can work on your health in a sustainable way.
